Return and Refund Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at sharjee.tik01@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and check the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help quickly.
