Track Your Order
We deliver your order ourselves with our own delivery team. There is no courier tracking link for your order — instead, you track it by its order status, from the moment you order until our delivery boy hands it to you.
Your delivery stages
- Order Placed — We have received your order.
- Preparing — Your order is being packed and prepared for delivery.
- Out for Delivery — Our delivery boy is on the way to you.
- Delivered — Your order has been handed over to you.
How to check your order status
- Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the link in it. This opens your Shopify order status page.
- Alternatively, use your order number and verify your email address or phone number on the order status page to see your shipment status.
- Your order status will show the current stage of your delivery.
Please note: courier tracking does not apply to this store, because we deliver with our own team rather than through a courier company.
How we deliver your order
- In Shopify Admin, we select your order and mark it as fulfilled when it is ready to go out for delivery.
- When our delivery boy picks up your order, we update your order to Out for Delivery.
- When your order is delivered, we update your order to Delivered and send you the delivery update.
- Our delivery boy will call you on arrival, so please keep your phone nearby when your order is out for delivery.
If your status has not changed yet
Please allow time for preparation and delivery. If your status has not changed for a while, or you need the latest update from our delivery boy, please contact us at sharjee.tik01@gmail.com with your order number, and we will check your delivery for you.
